By requesting and purchasing any of my services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all of my terms of service.
General Information
# My personal art style, prices and commission availability are all subject to change.
# I will not draw: Mech, Heavy Gore, Hardcore NSFW, Detailed Background.
# If the reference is unclear or insufficient, i might change the details or not get things 100% correctly. However, I will always try with the best of my ability to include every detail I can see.
# I reserve the rights to refuse or cancel any commission. I may or may not give you an explanation.
# I might use your commission to promote my work. If you prefer that I don't please let me know and I will respect your request.
#None of your personal details (paypal e-mail or other personal data) will be sent to third parties, they're for business use only.
Copyright and Usage Policy
# I have full rights over my artwork.
You are only purchasing digital files.
# For all of my commissions you will receive a version with signature and a version with no signature.
# You are allowed to use the commissioned artwork on any personal account but you must properly credit me as the artist (@AiChiia).
# You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, copy or trace any of my artwork without my written permission.
# None of my commissions are for commercial use. Unless you have my written permission.
# It is your responsibility to save the files of any finished commission within 48 hours after I send them to you. I might periodically clear my gallery and computer so I might not be able to retrieve it for you.
Payment
# I accept Paypal (USD) as method of payment.
# Please pay only after I confirm your order.
# I will only start your commission after i have received full payment.
# If I contact you for payment and you do not answer within 48 hours, I will send you a reminder. If you do not answer my reminder within 48 hours I will remove you from my to-do list.
Refund Policy
# There are absolutely no refunds unless I cancel or cannot complete your commission at all.
# You may not cancel your commission after you pay.
# Under no circumstances will I ever refund a finished commission.
Change Request
# You may request to change your character if I have not started your commission yet but please do so as soon as possible.
# I will usually send you WIPs. You are allowed to ask for changes on the current WIP stages. (Sketch, Color)
# I will be happy to correct any mistakes on my behalf free of charge (such as including a small detail I forgot or correcting a color) but I will not accept any request for a major change after the artwork is finished.
# Under no circumstances will I re-draw a commission.
Work Speed Correspondence
# It may take me from a few days to a few months to complete your commission(s).
If I'm not working or sleeping, I'm most likely drawing so please be patient while waiting for your commission. The status of your commission will be available on my To-Do List.
# I do not accept deadlines.
# All correspondence regarding commissions have to be made through Twitter DMs (@AiChiia) or email ([email protected]). Please feel free to contact me with comments, questions or concerns.
# If anything occurs in my personal life that may slowdown the progress of my to-do list I will put up a warning about it on my Trello list, or update about it through Twitter.

# In the character reference you must include at least one full, clear and colored reference.
